Lashanda Clark In Our Care

In Loving Memory of Lashanda “Shanda” Smith Clark February 14, 1982 – February 17, 2026

Lashanda “Shanda” Smith Clark was born on February 14, 1982, and departed this life on February 17, 2026. Lashanda was educated in the public school system, attending Public School #25 and later East Side High School. From an early age, she carried a vibrant spirit that followed her throughout her life. Whenever Lashanda walked into a room, her radiant smile would light it up, and her presence left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She had a deep love for family, friends, and fellowship. Lashanda enjoyed attending parties and gatherings, creating joyful memories with those she cherished most. She was a devoted and die-hard fan of the Green Bay Packers, proudly supporting her team every season. Lashanda dedicated her professional life to caring for others. She worked as a childcare teacher and as a home health aide, always extending compassion, patience, and kindness to those in need. Helping others was not just her job—it was her calling. She met the love of her life, William “RahRah” Clark, and the two were united in marriage on February 19, 2005. Their union was blessed with four beautiful daughters—Raniyah, Rashonti, Ranijah, and Ranajah—and one handsome son, Dah’naire. Lashanda loved her children beyond measure and would do anything to protect and provide for them. Being a mother was her greatest pride and joy. Lashanda leaves to cherish her precious memories: her loving mother, Patricia Smith; her father, Richard Stroman Sr.; her siblings, Tameka, Katima, Patricia Smith, Shaderra Smith Walker, Marquise, Rickiya Stroman, Richard Stroman Jr., Rashun Stroman, and Rodney Wimberly; her two godsons, Zyeir and Javier; three devoted friends, Shannon, Nikki, and Maxine; her best friend, Shatoya and Arlene who she loved dearly ; two special cousins, Latora and Shreal; Lamel,AkA (Baby Daddy) a good family friend; She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Marilyn Brinson; her father-in-law, William Clark; and her brothers-in-law, Abdul Clark and Hassan Clark. She also leaves to cherish her memory her sister-in-law, Latoya Clark, along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Lashanda’s love, laughter, and light will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit will continue to shine through the lives she touched.
